Terms


  • Liability to Landlord Insurance Fee: $13.50/month or sufficient Renters Insurance required on all leases
  • Technology Fee applies at Century Court West: $50/month (High-speed fiber optic internet)
  • We are Pet-friendly - extra fees, deposits, and requirements apply
  • Application Fee: $35 per adult
  • Month-to-month leases available - additional 10% short-term lease fee applies
  • Landlord pays for Trash/Recycling service; tenant is responsible for some or all other utilities, depending on property.
  • Move-out Cleaning Fees for deep cleaning and carpet cleaning will be assessed as a part of your move-in charges; amounts will depend on size of townhome/apartment, number of animals, etc.


Security Deposit: For those with good credit, solid employment history, an acceptable Income:Rent ratio, and good residential history, regular security deposits are $1,000 at Century Court West, $900 at Century Court Townhomes, and $750 at Regency Apartments. For those with lower credit scores, no residential payment history, short or inconsistent employment history, and/or income that doesn’t meet our regular income requirements (maximum rent is 40% of net income), we can often find ways to work with you with extra deposits, cosigners, etc.
